Getting started with your tax preparation is quick and easy. To help our team prepare your return accurately and efficiently, please complete the required forms and submit your documents as soon as possible.
1. Start With the Identification & Banking Form
All clients must first complete the Identification & Banking Information Form. This form allows us to verify your identity and securely process your tax filing and any refunds. Be sure to fill out every section to avoid delays.
2. Complete the Correct Intake Form
Next, select the intake form that fits your situation:
Personal Client Intake Form – For individuals filing personal tax returns, including W-2 income, 1099 income, dependents, and tax credits.
Business Client Intake Form – For business owners needing assistance with business tax preparation, income reporting, and expense documentation.
If you need help with both personal and business taxes, please complete both forms so we have the full picture of your financial information.
3. Submit Your Documents
Use the checklist included in your email to gather important documents such as W-2s, 1099s, income records, and identification. Once collected, submit them via email so our team can begin reviewing your file
4. Sign the Service Agreement
Before we begin preparing your return, the Service Agreement must be signed. Most devices allow digital signing, but if your device does not support it, simply print, sign, and scan the document or contact us for assistance.
